Exercising with asthma doesn't have to hold you back.

After more than 30 years of living, training, and competing with asthma, I've discovered simple strategies that have helped me go from struggling through soccer practices to completing 100-kilometer ultramarathons.

In this episode, I share the five habits that have made the biggest difference in my own journey. Whether you're just getting started after an asthma diagnosis or you're looking to exercise with more confidence, these practical tips can help you build endurance, train more consistently, and enjoy movement without feeling overwhelmed.

You'll learn how to prepare for every workout, why warming up matters more than you think, how progressive overload can help strengthen your body over time, when to take breaks, and one breathing technique that has become one of the most valuable tools in my asthma toolkit.

Please remember that I'm not a healthcare professional. I'm simply sharing what has worked for me as an athlete with asthma. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise routine or asthma management plan.
